Jesus always stopped for the hurting woman. Always.
The woman at the well, lonely and ashamed. The bleeding woman, desperate for healing. The women mourning as he carried the cross.
And countless others who were ill, grieving, depressed, lonely, poor, and broken.
He saw them.
He saw them and he stopped.
Sometimes women are desperate for healing of mind, body, or spirit.
Sometimes women need to be comforted.
Sometimes women are messy, complicated, and emotional.
We are not too much for Jesus.
He is never too busy for us.
His love and mercy is unconditional.
He stops for us always, and offers healing, restoration, dignity, and peace.
